Our bread is rooted in rhythm — wild, alive, and full of heart.

Each loaf begins with a vibrant, young wild yeast levain, used at its sweetest stage to bring a gentle rise and mellow tang.

Folded and shaped by hand, the dough is then left to rest in slow fermentation — unlocking flavor, depth, and digestibility.


The result: A high-hydration, country-style loaf with a tender, open crumb and a golden, crackly crust.

Crafted simply with flour, sea salt, filtered water, time, and love.

Eating & Storing

Our bread is alive — meant to be savored slowly, honored daily, and treated with love.


Eating Tips:
Fresh is best: For the first 1–2 days, enjoy your loaf sliced and as is — tender, flavorful, and full of life.
After two days: Lightly toast slices or grill them in a pan with a touch of butter or olive oil. This brings out the bread’s beautiful character and aroma.


Storing Your Loaf:
A bread box or a paper bag at room temperature is ideal.
Avoid sealing your bread in plastic, which can trap moisture and change the texture.


Freezing:
If you'd like to freeze your loaf, slice it first for easy toasting later. Store slices in an airtight bag or container.


Reheating a Whole/Partial Loaf:
Preheat your oven to 300°F. Place the loaf directly on the rack and bake for 10–15 minutes — or until the aroma fills the kitchen with warm, fresh-baked magic.


If Your Loaf Feels Hard:
Simply run a little water over the crust, then pop it into the oven as above. The bread will beautifully rehydrate and soften, coming back to life.
